Yup ... that would be once 'fresh water' and now a mud-pool. We are wading in about 18 inches of water. Tinka has my boots muddy; her face is muddy; her belly is muddy and she is so very proud of herself !!

Several days later and a few more experiments and Tinka wades out into the pond. I had to cut it short here because my foot was at the water AND I had little control since I was holding a camera and two horses were wanting to play with us in the water .........
This is Anna Mazurek enjoying Tinka bareback. Anna is here to do final photography on an article about livestock guardian dogs for the magazine "Progressive Farmer". She is also seen here with Bandit...
I was working on the stall-door. Taurus (L) and Aurora(Mid) walked into their old stalls to see Tinka.
Tinka has certain trees she has discovered offer tasty leaves ... she makes it her mission to find the trees and let the branches bang into both of us ... it doesn't spook her but makes it difficult for me to hang on sometimes.
This is a nice breezy and cool place at the far-end of the farm.
At last, Angie gets to experience riding Tinka in the fields as I have been doing every day. Hmmm, grazing ... not exactly exciting business ... but then .... it's fresh air; it's quiet; it's peaceful .... beats walking ... and it's the way I train ... I'm on Shaanav. Agrippa is the LGD watching.
Two of the young LGD's followed us and are keeping a very close watch for anything whatsoever that may make the mistake of being near us. So, this is also good training for the year-and-a-half old puppies. They are Bagari, the dark Russian one and Agrippa, the white Kuvasz.
