You think he's totally unaware of what's going on. But I can see that he's watching the sheep to the upper left, on the hill. Bagari has been his sidekick lately.


April, in the beginning ... Cato is keeping an eye on things from a high position, something most LGD's love to do. Later on I see him in a barn resting with Bagari but looking back up here.




Early Spring 2007. This is the typical problem I have. Most of the LGD's will eventually get into a perfectly clean water trough and totally foul the water to the point the sheep refuse to drink it. It's a nice day, about 68 degrees with a good breeze on the ridgeline here. Can't scold him as he's completely proud of himself !!

June 2010 nd Cato usually rides along with me as I train "Blackjack" , a wild mustang.
